1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • Certain items such as gift cards, downloadable products, and clearance/sale items may not be eligible for returns.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at support@trendmassy.com before sending it back.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Since we offer Free Shipping on all orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged, defective, or the wrong product was sent.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without proof of tracking.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • The item is returned after 30 days of delivery.
  • The product is used, damaged (not due to our error), or missing parts.
  • The return does not include proof of purchase.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
  • After this period, the order may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.
